Complete the GLSS Black Belt Training to improve your Leadership & Change Management skills, coach Green Belts and project teams, manage improvement programs, and perform statistical analysis with Kureâs AI. You’ll have the option to complete a Black Belt project alongside your training. Once you finish your training and assessments, you’ll earn your GLSS Black Belt Certification!

To ensure the quality of our GLSS (beta-wp.goleansixsigma.com) certification holders, recertification is required every two years. The recertification process consists of retaking the course or submitting a Lean Six Sigma project through Kure. Our new certificates now include a specified expiration date. If your certificate shows no expiration date, your certification will expire two years after the course completion date. To renew your certification, please subscribe to our GLSS Subscription.

This was an excellent self-paced Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training program. The courses were broken up into bite-sized pieces by DMAIC phase and for those familiar with DMAIC understand how that should flow well. Thank you for this program, I had put off going for my Black Belt for many years and this program gave me the confidence and medium to do so.
Straightforward, self-paced, and hypothetical examples made for a great learning experience.
Good resource to train critical thinking in terms of process improvement. Training was engaging and interactive without quizzes being overbearing. I enjoyed earning my belts through GLSS.
Good course!
As would be expected, the Black Belt level offers a lot more in terms of managing people and providing tools. I was initially taken aback when the Black Belt course was re-written. I was 3 modules in and had to restart the entire course. There was need to forget some of what I learned from the previous version, along with learning new content for the program. The original course was quite intense though, so I understand there was likely significant thought put into the new version. All in all, I would recommend the GLSS course to anyone aspiring to dip into project management and further to lead project teams. 10/10
